Ben is CEO and founder of Firstfruits, with a passion for enabling meaningful transformation and creating impact. He’s had a lifelong passion for aviation and started his career as a pilot. Since then he’s worked in over 90 countries bringing about change to help shape the future of the industry for the better.
Josh Gilmore
Josh is our branding sheriff and chief creative all rolled into one. He is a music major who has worked in corporate and charity roles before joining Firstfruits. He helps deliver diagnostics and compelling narratives to our clients.
Nathan Akpata
Nathan brings sangfroid and deep thinking to problems. He joined us straight from a business and management degree and is currently buried on a Singapore project re-shaping a large organisation, their attitudes and outcomes.
Jacob Anderson
Jacob is our newest recruit. Jake is a poet, confident at all levels (he worked for Australia's deputy PM at one point). He's managing our new global product "Safety Culture Benchmarking" which uses Kaleidoscope (our data dashboarding tool) to help aviation providers mature their safety culture.
Vanya Chung
Vanya joined as Ben’s Executive Assistant and has evolved into an all-round "glue" for our team. Native to Taiwan, Vanya has worked for French banks, Taiwanese churches, and holds two degrees. She helps organise us, is seconded into a client to organise them, and brings a gentleness and considered intercultural insight to our work.
